My ps controller isn’t working.
I couldn’t find a channel that helps with PlayStation stuff so sorry if this is the wrong space but for a year now my spare controller hasn’t working whenever I put it on charge it goes yellow and I can leave it for an hour and days and it still has no charge I’ve changed wires and even plugged it somewhere is and it doesn’t change and whenever I press the ps button it tells me that (copy and pasted) “A new version of the DualSense wireless controller device software is available.
You can't update now because your controller battery is too low. Charge it for a while and then try again.”
But it never charges, I’ve pressed the small button on the back of the controller and I’ve held the ps button but nothing works and there isn’t any game stores near me. Does anyone know what I can do to get it to work?
