he had kidney stones removed and was released two weeks ago yet he has been struggling to pee and poop and releases in small portions where i noticed his butthole is purple and his penis is out whenever he tries to poop or pee.

i always struggle and avoid sewing as much as possible, i recently tried to make a bear for my grandma and it ended up very stiff.

some problems im facing is that :
- i dont know how/where to position the part
- im unsure of what kind of technique i should use for sewing
