My phone rings and it says 800-433-7300 and American Airlines Inc on the screen. A woman asks me if I still plan to fly on my upcoming flight as it is overbooked. She wanted to verify that we are in-fact still flying tomorrow. I just did my checkin a few hours ago. Can they not see that I did that?

I have never had them call me directly like this. I am Gold but the rest of my family is basic AAdvantage status. Anyone experience this? I will be pissed if we get bumped. We booked over 6 months ago and this is pretty much the only week my husband can travel. Am i paranoid over nothing?

My family is going to head out on our first All Inclusive experience next week. My kids are 13 and 9 year old boys. We are in a Diamond Club Swim Up.

I have no idea what/how to pack for us. We are well traveled but I am really unsure what we will end up wearing at an AI since we've never done one before. Will we be in swimsuits all day long? How dressy do we need to be for dinner? We aren't limited with luggage because it's included for our flights. Any helpful advice for first timers would be appreciated because in all my research I feel like I am not finding much info!
