Does it get better?
Im 3 months postpartum. I have finally gotten the energy to start healing my DR from a youtuber i found since i cannot afford pelvic floor therapy. Its obly been a few weeks since starting the exercises but man i feel like im going to look like this forever. Before i was pregant i was 120 and toned. Pregnancy really took me out and i couldnt exercise and gave birth around 190ish. Im down to 160 but ive stayed there for a long time. Idk im just feeling hopeless and really down. I hate seeing my body like this. And the DR and exercises im doibg have been really challenging. When a ywar agoi could do these easily. Please tell me it gets better.
