Does not get enough wrist time, beautiful watch and its in great shape and has no issues. One TINY scratch on datewheel between 10-11.

This is the first time in 20 years i've locked in. Worked a job that did not allow me enough time for fitness, and now I have time. 3 days a week, 50# adjustable dumb bells, pull up bar, and a 25# kettle bell. Hardest thing for me has been eating enough/getting enough protein.
How's my progress for 3 months? When I look in the mirror, I feel like I don't notice anything.
