Caribbean resort recs for an 18-month-old (No Mexico) – must have childcare & splash pad![ON]

Hi everyone, planning a trip from Toronto to the Caribbean in mid-November with our 18-month-old toddler. We want to skip Mexico this time.
Looking for a resort that offers:
1 Certified babysitting / infant care so parents can get a dinner break.
2 A toddler-safe splash pool or tiny slides.
3 In-room cribs.
Any favorite islands or specific resorts that fit the bill? Appreciate any tips!

My husband is kind of afraid and against traveling with a toddler but i really want to and show that traveling with toddler it is still possible.

Appreciate any tips!

I am frequently using different services in Sephora and love to try new products and do a make up there after my visit. advisers keep asking if i need a help. I kind of feel pressured.
How often you try products there and did you have something similar?

I am in Toronto (Bayview village).
