I'm looking for a woman roommate (early to late 20s) to sign with me (F26) on a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment for June 1st in Morris Park. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood, completely renovated apartment in the upper level of a house. Conveniently located near Einstein College of medicine and Montifiore hospital. TONS of natural lights and brand new appliances. Total rent for the apartment is $2500, not including utilities. The room is small, but modern and gorgeous. We would split the rent. must be gainfully employed, clean and respectful of common spaces, a non-smoker, friendly and open to the occasional social gathering (aka folks over for dinner) at the home once every couple of months.
