Who Should Be Entered as Relieving Manager and Relieving Approver in Infosys Transfer Portal?
I applied for a base location transfer through the transfer portal after discussing it with my manager. He said he was okay with it as long as it gets approved by the Space Allocation team.
However, I have a doubt regarding the Relieving Manager and Relieving Approver fields. These fields were auto-filled with default names, so I submitted the request without changing them. No action was taken on the request, and it eventually got auto-rejected.
Does anyone know whose names should be entered in these fields? Should they be my current manager and approver, or should I keep the auto-filled names?
