I'm currently watching Classic Who in full (or at least as much as is available) and talking with my partner, he wants to also watch Classic Who but can't be bothered to watch it all and wants to know what are the essential serials to watch. Obviously he plans to watch each regeneration episode as well as the next doctor's first episode but it's everything in between
We've been dating for almost 3 and a half years and he knows I'm quite introverted and talking to people doesn't come naturally to me (it's a miracle that we even started dating tbh) and it had never really been a problem until recently. He's been feeling very lonely lately and because of past trauma is convinced that some friends don't actually like him. He wants me to start talking to people so he can "leach" off of me for friends (like how I "leach" of of him for friends) but I don't talk to anyone. Messaging people doesn't and has never come naturally to me unless I am asking them something specific. I'm better in person but even then I'm not great. I want to be better at taking to people but I just don't know how without feeling like I'm a bother.
How do I get better at talking to people? How do I make it easier?
