[M4F/M4M] [26M] Looking for a +1 to the Yoasobi Concert Tonight
Hi everyone!
A few months ago (i.e. June), I bought a pair of tickets to the 8/16 Yoasobi concert at the Hollywood Bowl with expectations of finding a date before then. Fast forward since then—I got caught up with some [positive] changes at my workplace. I was moved to a different team which should introduce better mobility in the company and career-wise.
In the meantime... I want to attend the concert. But, I don't want to deal with trying to sell the other ticket. If I had to sell the ticket at a fraction of what I paid, I would rather give it away if it means making a new friend here in LA. I have a couple friends around here since moving here ~1.5yr ago, but they're generally people who need some notice to make it to an event like this.
Long story short, here's a free pass to anyone who can make it tonight on short notice. Doors to the concert open at 6:00pm, the concert starts at 8:00pm, and figuring out logistics probably requires us coordinating by 4:00-5:00pm.
Expectations + What I'm looking for:
Expectations
- I can't hang out afterward. I have something to work on. I'm totally down to meet up for other random things in the future if we click.
- This is not a date/romantic outing. The way I see it, a partner is basically a life-long best friend. If there's chemistry after being friends, that's something for another day.
- It's a free ticket to a concert.
- It's a Terrace 4 ticket; if you already have a solo ticket or your group doesn't mind, feel free to upgrade.
- Both guys and girls are welcome to send a message or leave a comment.
- The concert will last until 10:30pm at the latest, not including transport (based on what people online said about other Yoasobi tour stops in North America).
What I'm Looking For:
- None of these are necessary to be clear. If more than a few people show interest, these might help you stand out.
- Someone who can teach tennis/badminton (i.e. intermediate skill and up)
- Someone in the age range of 22-30
- A working professional/someone smart/someone who makes things in their personal life happen in a timely manner
- Someone who can meet me at the venue vs me picking them up
- Someone who lives anywhere from Woodland Hills to Alhambra
- Has a few shared interests out of the following: anime/games/music/fitness/photography/accounting/tech/light novels/web novels/careers.
