Should i take my pension early or wait for full retirement age?

I recently left my company and am evaluating my pension options. I am 47 year old and my pension has an early option withdrawal at age 55 or wait until age 65 for full retirement.

Age 55 early option

Single Life Annuity: $2,106.26 / month
50% Joint & Survivor: $1,923.02 / month (Spouse: $961.51)
100% Joint & Survivor: $1,769.26 / month (Spouse: $1,769.26)
Lump Sum Cash Payout: $363,784.80

Age 65 full retirement option

Single Life Annuity: $4,212.52 / month (Exactly double the age 55 amount)
50% Joint & Survivor: $3,664.89 / month (Spouse: $1,832.45)
100% Joint & Survivor: $3,243.64 / month (Spouse: $3,243.64)
Lump Sum Cash Payout: $614,883.01

Background, 47, 3.5 M net worth and expecting to transition to part time at age 55, wife and 2 kids, wife is stay home

I'm considering withdrawing my funds at age 55 and rolling them over into an IRA to reinvest in equities. However, I want to ensure that my calculations are accurate and would appreciate having someone else review my logic, if i were to wait until age 65 then i would be expecting a return of 5.4 percent/year but taking the money early i have the option to reinvest more aggressively but also taking all the risk

Self-reported data on how MDs feel about contract negotiation

I recently joined the medical salaries mod team and asked Offcall if we could share some of their more insightful charts on doctor compensation across the U.S.

Given the downward pressure on a lot of salaries, was expecting to see this be way more negative, but I guess the lesson is to just negotiate.
