Acquired My First Ever Vintage Leather Jacket, Need Guide on Restoration

I recently bought this leather jacket (likely A-2 Model) but the left sleeve around the cuff/wrist area is gone. Is Leather Extension the way I should go with? I have plenty of budget for restoration as I spent only 80$ for this jacket.

Lining completely obliterated, Leather hang tab snapped. Little tearing on right wrist area. The zipper used on jacket is from CONMAR (shouldn’t it be TALON?) What do you think?

This seems to be from OG/Old The Real McCoy’s as some people said that it is. But I do not know much as this is my first vintage leather jacket piece.

How should I restore this lovely A2 i found from local seller?

Is the leather extension the way? (I planned to wear this as my daily riding jacket as it fits me perfectly 19”)

I ended up paid 80$ for this jacket. So, I got some budget to spend on restoration. Which should I begin with?

Btw. I have heard some people said this the “Old” Real McCoy. What is the difference between OG and today McCoy? Thank you everyone in advance 🙏
