Form check and question

Been weight training for about a year and want to slowly transition into more body weight and function exercises bc I feel so tight and not lose. Any recommendations on where to start or light a routine I can incorporate into my workouts. I do weighted pull ups on my back day and weighted dips on my chest day. But I can’t freely move on ground with L sits and those cool tricks.

Myostine pct

Thinking about trying myostine and wonder how I should pct. Enclo 12.5mg every other day would be fine. Or should I add a pct stack like this ontop of? Is it over kill? Better safe than sorry?lmk

Living in a haze

I’m about to turn 20 and haven’t smoked weed or drank alcohol in over 2 years. I work out 5 times a week take hand fulls of supplements and still feel like I live in a cloud. I thought that when you stop smoking weed you slowly come to but I has not gone away. My memory is so bad I resort to writing things down and often times forget I write things down. What could I do to feel more sharp?
