I invested good amount of money to buy L'Oreal new glass skin line ( the one with purple color) and I can't describe how disappointed I am, the effect is zero... Big fat zero. Day after another I use them day and night just as written on the bottles and cream. All you can notice is after applying your skin looks like it's wet. After that nothing. It won't give you any glow or make your skin smoother or give you anything like the Korean products. I have dark spots and acne scars and my skin is pale. I didn't expect wonders but also didn't expect that after I finish them I would see zero change. Save your money maybe and buy original Korean products better

I had one retaliatory review from guest who cancelled and asked for full refund but they weren't eligible. I submitted one appeal 2 weeks ago and never got any response. Every time I contact customer support for help they simply ask me to submit another appeal ( 2md and last) and none was able to explain how and why the first appeal was not returned ? Anyone had similar experience ?

Had anyone experienced delay in response from Airbnb regarding review removal for more than 48 hours ? It's 5 days now and I didn't get any update and support agents say they have no access to reviews team and can't help. What can I do and anyone experienced something similar ?

I had couple arrived and then initiated a fight and left. They request refund and when Airbnb investigated and track messages history they found that they were lying ( they had problems finding the place and were accusing us of sending them wrong directions) they sent us requesting refund or they will leave bad reviews. They left 2 1 star reviews and I made review removal request with refund claims and their threats, one review was removed and I didn't receive any update about the second one. I contacted support several times and they ask me to submit another request ( when I try it says this is last attempt) so I ask them what's the outcome of first appeal ? They say due to technical error I have to submit again, I repeat my question and I say if there is error then you need to restore the 2 attempts again. And I am back and forth in this 5 days now. Anyone had similar situation? I am really scared to use my last and second chance now and get AI response or even no response at all like first one.
