Had anyone experienced delay in response from Airbnb regarding review removal for more than 48 hours ? It's 5 days now and I didn't get any update and support agents say they have no access to reviews team and can't help. What can I do and anyone experienced something similar ?
I had couple arrived and then initiated a fight and left. They request refund and when Airbnb investigated and track messages history they found that they were lying ( they had problems finding the place and were accusing us of sending them wrong directions) they sent us requesting refund or they will leave bad reviews. They left 2 1 star reviews and I made review removal request with refund claims and their threats, one review was removed and I didn't receive any update about the second one. I contacted support several times and they ask me to submit another request ( when I try it says this is last attempt) so I ask them what's the outcome of first appeal ? They say due to technical error I have to submit again, I repeat my question and I say if there is error then you need to restore the 2 attempts again. And I am back and forth in this 5 days now. Anyone had similar situation? I am really scared to use my last and second chance now and get AI response or even no response at all like first one.
