As the headline suggests. I have a tenant that has been sent to prison. Their partner wants to be added to the tenancy so they can get help with benefits etc.
Any advice and suggestions? Is it as simple as just putting their name on it or do i need a special form etc? I dont want to do a new tenancy...

With the new rules etc making it more favourable for tenants etc i was wondering what are the best ways to ensure the rent comes in?
Are you taking only guarantors even if the tenants pass the reference/credit checks?
Can you get tenants to pay any Rent Insurance Premiums or is that illegal or a stupid idea etc etc

For a while now I've noticed the combi boiler (Vailant EcoTec Plus) pressure is dropping 0.1 everyday and the heating has been off for a couple of weeks now.
I have noticed that when I use the hotwater taps I hear bubbling sounds from the boiler. Is this linked?
How do I remove the air? Am i wrong in thinking that it can't be air in the rads because isn't this completely different to hot water for the taps? If there is air in the rads and a bubbling sound when asking for hot water does this mean I have a goosed heat exchanger etc etc? So confused

I have received a letter from the tenant at court/hearing to Suspend the Bailiffs because the tenant will be homeless, bad mental health etc. They want it pushed back a few months...
I know this all depends on the mood of the judge at the hearing but do any of you have experience of this? Any advice? If the eviction is postponed, will I have to apply again for the bailiffs?

Boiler is currently losing 0.1 bar pressure over 2 days. No sign of leaks. One of the places I can't get to is behind and under tiled walls in a bathroom.
If this is a slow leak/weep, will those leak sealers fix it eg Fernox F4? Is there a better alternative?
