For a while now I've noticed the combi boiler (Vailant EcoTec Plus) pressure is dropping 0.1 everyday and the heating has been off for a couple of weeks now.

I have noticed that when I use the hotwater taps I hear bubbling sounds from the boiler. Is this linked?

How do I remove the air? Am i wrong in thinking that it can't be air in the rads because isn't this completely different to hot water for the taps? If there is air in the rads and a bubbling sound when asking for hot water does this mean I have a goosed heat exchanger etc etc? So confused

I have received a letter from the tenant at court/hearing to Suspend the Bailiffs because the tenant will be homeless, bad mental health etc. They want it pushed back a few months...

I know this all depends on the mood of the judge at the hearing but do any of you have experience of this? Any advice? If the eviction is postponed, will I have to apply again for the bailiffs?

Boiler is currently losing 0.1 bar pressure over 2 days. No sign of leaks. One of the places I can't get to is behind and under tiled walls in a bathroom.

If this is a slow leak/weep, will those leak sealers fix it eg Fernox F4? Is there a better alternative?
