National Park rankings

After going to all of the National Parks in the lower 48, Hawaii, and only Glacier Bay and Denali in Alaska, I think these are my top ten. I love Mountain Hikes and Wildlife viewing, so I guess my top 4 make sense. What are yours?

  1. Glacier National Park

  2. Grand Teton National Park

  3. Yellowstone National Park

  4. Denali National Park

  5. Zion National Park

  6. Olympic national park

  7. Yosemite National Park

  8. North Cascade National Park

  9. Rockies National Park

  10. Redwood National Park

  11. Bryce Canyon National Park

  12. Capital Reef National Park (most underrated)

  13. Canyonlands National Park

  14. Arches National Park.

  15. Glacier Bay (Amazing but limited experience on Cruise).

A lot of people have Yosemite as number or higher, but the crowds and so many rude people just turned the park off for me. It felt like so many people were there just to be seen, and no respect for nature or others. I was there for a week and was so glad I camped at Tioga pass away from others. Yellowstone was Crowded, but it was so easy to escape crowds and and be off grid.

Im going to a bowling tournament next week in Reno. Never been to mammoth. Will it be worth it to bring skis and go for a day and stay 2 nights with the heat wave coming this week? I would have to buy a day pass. I thought about pivoting and going to yosemite but dont want to have to drive around the mountains. Did see some possible rumors of Tioga pass opening this weekend though. I know skiing is better than nothing, but just curious what it would look like. In Idaho, my ski resort is lucky if we make it to April.

I think im done going to my local starbucks...I love the brown sugar shaken expresso but it can be made terrible at times, and im not one to go back and complain or have time to in the morning. Why is this drink either made so good or so terribly?

Im going to Reno in 2 weeks and was thinking about heading to mammoth for 2 nights to ski and explore the area. I can get a killer deal on my amex card for hotel if I prepay, but unsure what the skiing will be like. I see 41 groomed trails open now, what do you think it will be like in 2 weeks? Im thinking of going skiing on a weekday, do you think it will be worth it if I have never been before?
