Concerned about my mother’s mental health in Nepal

I’m looking for some advice on my mom’s mental health. I’ll be travelling to Kathmandu, Nepal for 3 weeks because my mum has been showing some concerning behaviour, and I’m really worried about her. She’s always been a bit paranoid, often believing people were talking about her or had bad intentions towards her. Over the years it seems to have gotten worse. Recently she’s been watching TikTok videos and genuinely believes they’re talking about her personally. She becomes very distressed if anyone tries to tell her otherwise.
I’m not looking for a diagnosis online, but I’m wondering if anyone in Nepal has experience with something similar. What kind of doctor or hospital should I take her to? How do you convince someone to get assessed when they don’t believe anything is wrong? Has anyone been through something similar with a parent? I’m feeling overwhelmed and just want to get her the right help. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

18 Hour Overnight Layover in Kuala Lumpur. What Should I Do?

Hi everyone, I have an 18 hour layover in Kuala Lumpur and would love some suggestions.
I’ll arrive at around 4pm and my next flight is at 10am following morning, so I’ll have the evening and overnight to explore before heading back to the airport. I’m planning to leave the airport and make the most of my short stay. What are the must see places, best food spots, or things I can realistically fit into one evening? Also, where would you recommend me for stay for the night that’s safe, affordable and conveniently located so I can easily explore and still get back to the airport in time for my morning flight.
Any itinerary ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
