A lot of students today struggle not because they lack skills, but because they lack opportunities, reach, and the right network. That’s something we’re trying to improve through community-driven outreach and referrals.

I know this may not look like a traditional high-stipend internship initially. The role is flexible, remote, and performance-based. There are no forced timings or rigid schedules. The idea is to create an opportunity where students/freshers can build communication, outreach, and networking experience while also earning alongside their college, placements, or tech preparation journey.
