I texted CS, and they emailed me this with their decision. For context, I live in NYC. Assuming the IP address “utilized for recent purchases” was “relatively close” to each other, I’m assuming it happened somewhere within the 5 boroughs. I’m not sure if that is the case, or if it could mean something else. I live in the middle of the city, so I’m not far from other boroughs or Long Island.

Now here’s my question, since StockX came to this conclusion, what are the odds my bank will still side with me?

Got woken up tonight at approximately 11:30 to about 140 orders of mystery boxes on my account. 90% charged to my debit card I had on file, the other 10% to my PayPal. $620 total. Am I SOL? Contacted my debit card company ASAP.. locked my card & have a new one OTW. What does this mean for the future of me wanting to use StockX? The idiot didn’t ship any but kept on trading stuff in for credit. Any and all advice is appreciated.
