My online friend found this at Walmart today and claimed its a sackboy piggy bank?

I asked him if he can check the seller and see who made it so I can order one, and he says it wasn't in a box and it was justt by itself like this, no price tag or anything

Can someone tell me if this is like a rare find or something?😭😭😭
