I have been in and out of the hospital for mental and physical issues, today I got a call at 4:30pm saying Medicaid is refusing to cover me because I have another insurance called Cigna, I have called Cigna and they confirmed I do not have an account, and never have; but they have no way of sending me any confirmation to say I never had it. Now Medicaid is closed for the day and I need my medicine like yesterday. I have no clue what to do anymore

I was hoping to start in 1970 with the right rosters, logos, names, and photos but I can’t seem how to figure it out
