Any experience with Fowt, FSJ, or YDN brand shoes? I see these brands all over the second hand marketplaces like Poshmark and Depop . Are they any good? Are they comfortable? Do they look like a quality shoe in person? Do they last or fall apart quickly? I can’t seem to find any real reviews online.

My dad owned a timeshare in Gatlinburg TN called Gatlinburg Town Square for almost 40 years that he used annually. He passed away last year and my siblings and I want to sell. My sister has been in contact with Capital Vacations and it seems they will actually buy back or take back the deed through a relinquishment involving us paying a processing fee and some other fees amounting about $1700. Just curious if anyone else has been through this process and if it was easy once the required payments were made??

I love Devon & Bryton and I hate how he has steadily been on the back burner for the last 2.5 years since I started watching regularly again. There’s absolutely no reason he shouldn’t be getting the front burner stories and lead actor screen time that he deserves. The stories that have involved him in the last couple years have not really been about him (Nate returning to Winters and then discovering his half brother) AND the stories that have centered him have been treated like secondary or tertiary storylines (Mariah kidnapping Dominic). I’m glad they recently addressed Devon and Mariah’s long history when he went to visit her in the treatment center, but even that felt like an after thought that the writers came up with to make the repercussions of the kidnapping more meaningful. The kidnapping itself was a byproduct of another half baked secondary storyline that centered Mariah ; it wasn’t even its own story. Meanwhile the Newman clan in the same amount of time have had back to back to back stories where one or all the Newman’s were battling some psychotic sociopath from their past : Jordan, Ian, Alan/Martin (not from the past but still terrorizing Newman adjacent women Sharon & Phyllis) , Matt/Mitch. Giving all the core and peripheral Newman’s more than their fair share of screen time. Hell, Devon is married to a Newman and neither he nor Abby ever seem to be involved in any of the Newman fracas!! It just doesn’t make any damn sense and I’m sick of it . He’s a talented actor ON CONTRACT (not recurring to my knowledge) playing a major legacy character in his PRIME at 40 (instead of 50+ like most of the characters) and he gets treated like Christine or Danny or Ashley who are legacy characters who have had their day in the sun and now quietly make up the important but not pivotal background fabric of Genoa City and are played by actors on recurring status likely by choice as much as budget constraints. It’s ridiculous and frustrating as hell and a waste of a great character and a great actor!
