Curious

I am very interested in Orthodoxy, I have been a non-denominational Protestant for most of my life. I desire to know more about orthodoxy. What do orthodox Christian believe about salvation? Intercession? Is Mary sinless? What is the Eucharist? I am sure there are lots of questions I don’t know to ask. I would like to know the beliefs with biblical support. Do orthodox church’s use the LXX or MT for old testament and why? Thank you!

Controversial

This will be very controversial but, I’d like to see why people believe the way they do on this topic with biblical support (verses). So I personally do not agree with the modern nation of Israel nor Christian Zionism. I’d like to hear y’all’s thoughts on that topic, why are Christian’s supporting a nation and religion that is antichrist? 1 John 2:22

Venting

I was talking about a topic with another Christian. It was something I have looked into a lot, and he had differing opinions on it. I found many scriptures which supported my view and showed them. He disregarded everything I said and asked if I had read the Bible cover to cover. I am an honest person and said “no.” I study my bible quite often and am in the process of reading the entire thing, I feel that him disregarding what I had to say because I hadn’t read cover to cover was very rude. I don’t think that really matters, I could read a book cover to cover and still know nothing about it. I’ll ask y’all, who is 1 Peter 2:4-10 referring to? I say followers of Christ, he said Jews.
