Thank you in advance I'm a disabled veteran whose disability payment comes on Tuesday and I would like to use this money to travel to a veteran cemetery very far north of me to visit my friend and 100 will get me their and back.

In the app this morning I got a notification for 2 things, first was cash withdrawal limit increased but the second thing was my cash advance limit increased. I just don't exactly understand what that means. Maybe someone here can help break it down for me ?
