I get depressed watching the spurs😪. Our rebuilds had a similar timeframe, but they had the perfect rebuild. Our team isn’t bad, and we’re in a better situation than most the league, but this spurs talent and depth is something I can only dream of for the rockets.

The only thing we can blame it on is timing and luck though. Only three guys I believe since the 2021 nba draft are franchise changing talents, with Cade Cunningham in 2021, Wembanyama in the 2023 draft and probably Cooper Flagg as well(last year we were 2 seed). Ofc theres bound to be other superstars to emerge from the 21-25 drafts in the future but as of now, these three guys stand out above everyone else. But this post is most about Wemby(because the game currently on)if any other team drafted him, they’d immediately become one of the top ceilings in the league.

Hopefully one of our guys, amen or sengun shocks the world and becomes a top tier superstar to lead this team, and I believe that’s required for us to win a championship. At this point, we’re already committed to competing for the near future, so it doesn’t look like we’re gonna be drafting anywhere near the top with OUR own pick, but as we all know these Suns and Nets picks could become something of real value, so if Sengun and Amen don’t pan to become that superstar level player, at least we still have those to fall back onto. Let’s pray we get a #1 pick from one of them in these upcoming drafts and get our much deserved luck at last🙏🙏🙏

Any of y’all missing the glory days of the 20-21 rockets roster?!?
On a serious not though, no wonder we only had 17 wins with this roster. I know we were actively trying to tank, but if this team had to worry about the new tanking rules, I really think we would’ve been a bottom three team and in that relegation tier.

Kpj, Christian wood and even victor oladipo were hooping this season, but aside from those guys and maybe jaesean Tate(even tho he’s regressed every year since then) this roster was TRASH.

I wasn’t alive during the prime of Alonzo Mourning, but I just recently noticed that in the 98-99 season Alonzo won the DPOY and was also #2 in MVP voting. The next year he proceeds to win DPOY for the second straight year, while being #3 in MVP during the 99-00 season as well. I know he didn’t have the playoff success I’m sure you guys were hoping for, but this two year stretch seems like one of the most forgotten great stretches in recent history. For you 2000s fans, how great of a player do you think he was, and do you believe he’s an underrated player thought the history of the sport?

Like I’ve said, ReZero has looked interesting to me, and ik episodes are currently coming out so there’s another incentive to watch it. Im also open to other recommendations, with steins gate and monster also looking intriguing. my most recent watch was Hajime No Ippo and I loved it, so maybe there’s another sports anime that I’d like as well. What do y’all expect from amen this upcoming year? If we’re a top 3-4 seed at all star break I believe there’s a strong chance he steals senguns all star appearance, while also being a top 5 defender in the league. averaging 18-8-5 is already a great season for a third year player, and with his defense, and also having so much better of a reputation around the league when compared to Sengun, I see big thing moving forward for amen. Ik it’s unlikely, but if he’s can even be around a 30% 3pt shooter, I think he’s should be a lock for the asg. Things haven’t been going to well for the rockets recently, but I’m riding with amen as long as he’s on the team 🚀.

Why do a lot of rockets fans even want Donovan Mitchell? I don’t think he’s anywhere near the solution for the rockets problems, and I really don’t want a trade for him to happen.

This is one of the nastiest offensive performances I’ve EVER seen from a team. Going 16 minutes without scoring a fg and missing 24 straight field goals is embarrassing. This game was in their grasp, leading 60-38 at halftime. At Home in Orlando, and they really end the game off making 1 made shot in the entire 4th quarter excluding fts. I would be depressed if I were a magic fan right now.

Desmond bane you are one hell of an NBA player. Yes the magic paid a hefty price to acquire him but he is such a good ass leader, shooter, playmaker and defender, and it’s been showing as of late.
