Wheni was in germany (2023) there was a cartoon that i dont know the name

In cartoon there were 2 main characthers and only thing i knkw about them is that 1 is a boy amd other is a girl that wears yellow jacket in the 2 episodes i saw there were villian for each episode

First episode was a villian that had robo arms like doctor and only thing i know about him is that he chased the main characther and got defeated

Second episode there was a purple aline guy eho got mad (idk why) and captured the girl in yellow jacket but then he let her go and that all i know

Style is like 2D 2023 cartoons
