During the admission do we get financing options at the college or should we prepare the fees ourselves? What's the procedure if we are looking to get a loan?

I have applied for Non creamy layer certificate, but it's not here yet I have the receipt of acknowledgement of the certificate, can I upload it the mhrd form as of now ? It unlikely that it will arrive before 8th July.

Also if i get selected, do I need prepare my 12th passing certificate, I just got the marksheet so do I need to get the duplicate one from msbshse is that valid?
