I’m currently building a small video editing team and I’m looking for experienced editors who want to work on real client projects and potentially build something long-term.

We’ll be helping creators, influencers and businesses turn their content into engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts And More.

Who I’m looking for:

• You have experience editing short-form content
• You have good pacing, hooks and retention
• You can create clean, engaging editsl
• You have a portfolio or examples of your work

What we're building:

The goal is to create a small team of editors that can handle multiple clients and grow together.

You won't need to find clients yourself — I’ll focus on finding clients and managing the business, while the editing team focuses on producing great content. There will be some type group like discord where all the editors will be and where i will bring the offers to you.

There is infinite potential for paid work, recurring projects and more responsibility as the team grows.
