What is the difference between these two sweaters?

One has the "RL" right below the flag and the other one has it at the bottom left corner of the front of the sweater. Is one more valuable than the other? Were they produced at different years? Is one rarer than the other?

Personally mine has the RL at the bottom of the sweater with the old tag, with the white font.

Tried looking online but couldn't find anything specifically talking about this.

Should I keep grinding or take a break?

Lately my performances have plummeted, I die in ways I shouldn't, position myself wrongly, the whole thing. I was thinking of taking a week long break but idk maybe I should just brute force through it. What do yall say
