Irritation in my right knee after back squats.

Every time I back squat I get some irritation in my right knee a few hours after my set. It's not that bad and it goes away with a days rest, but it's not a good feeling. It's like right at the peak of my knee, and I feel a twinge when I turn on it.

I had a friend check my form, posted it online, dropped my weight back to an empty bar yesterday and still. At this point I'm considering dropping back squats for some other variation that would put less stress on my knees. Apparently box or front squats put less stress but idk how true that is, exercise advice is all over and conflicting

Feels like there's a lot more resistance on my indoor trainer than in the gym or riding outside

I've been riding indoors the past while on my trainer.
I recently took my bike out during a work trip and found I was absolutely zooming, I also tried using the exercise bike at the gym and found I could maintain the same wattage/rpm as I do on my trainer with WAY less effort.

Could there be some resistance that's being added when I pedal on my trainer? Like from the trainer itself, or from the chain/crank? I'm not sure how to service and check these things but the exercise bike felt way easier at the same wattage which has me doubting

Why, as a lifting beginner, am I doing a Powerlifting routine?

Was at the gym when after my set I had a chat with a more experienced gym-goer. Guys huge and we're talking and he advises me that "You really should be eating more if you want to get those numbers up"
I tell him IDRC about numbers I'm just exercising and he's confused about why I'm doing a "Powerlifting routine" if I don't plan on joining any meets...

I really don't care about numbers. If I had to answer what my goals are they'd be mostly vanity (I want big legs, big pecs, a nicer bod), being stronger generally, maybe strengthening my weakpoints like my shoulders...
I'm currently doing SL5X5, with Chinups on A and (light) facepulls on B. Looking through all the beginner advice it all seems to direct new lifters to what's described as "beginner powerlifter" routines and it's like, why am I doing a powerlifting routine?

I'm meant to hit the gym later today and I'm questioning what I'm even doing there. I really, really don't care about moving more weight so wth am I doing in there? Like yeah I can backsquat 100kg now and I couldn't do that when I started but why was I directed to doing this?
Feels like I've been wasting my time doing this or like, idk what I'm getting out of hitting the gym

Struggling to get more than 3-4hrs of sleep on CPAP.

Clinic I went to suggested I try CPAP, apparently my symptoms were mild (but personally, it's been bad enough that I spend most days lethargic and suffered headaches on wakeup).

I've not been given much guidance, ~3weeks in. I can't seem to sleep more than 4hrs with the machine on.
I'm just awake after that. It's like having a mid-day nap that ruins your actual bedtime, except this is my actual rest time and I'm just awake at 2AM. I've tried many times to go back to sleep but it just never works so I just power through to the next night where it repeats.

I'm not unfomfortable with the nasal mask. When I first started it was weird and made me feel a rush but now it's like putting an eyemask on and I just fall asleep. When I wake up it feels like a decent wake up (no headaches, not much grogginess)
OSCAR data shows some leaks but nothing crazy. I used to get dry mouth but some pressure changes and a chin strap fixed that

I can sleep 8-10hrs without the machine but it's not very good quality sleep. With the CPAP I can have a restful 4 hour nap but that'll never be enough and I'm back to being tired partway through the workday.

I'd appreciate any advice regarding this

Does the chili powder contribute anything to the ferment? Are you meant to weigh the other veggies too?

I was looking through Maangchi's recipes for Kimchi (various types).
The salinity percent is ~2.7% for most her recipes, comparing main vegetable vs salt + fish sauce.

I prefer to do everything by weight, much simpler, when I do sauerkraut. But there it's mostly just cabbage.
Here there is an amount of green onions, garlic, and a large amount of pepper flakes... I'm curious if I have to include that for proper salinity counts. Is the pepper counted at all? Can I set it to 0 or reduce for flavor adjustment or will that cause the ferment to veer to being too salty (something that can happen very often when omitting ingredients I find)?

Anyone know where I can nab the sprite sheets for KOF XII/XIII in source quality?

I've been hunting around for character sprite sheets for these games in proper source quality to no luck.

I found a big collection of all characters in a Mugen forum but man the quality is just not there. Just too much JPEG artifacts, was so disappointed.
