2 years of work, and 3 users in waiting list XD

I think we all have same problem! We are all builders and not marketers!

I think we see problem and we think it should be solved, without asking people if its real pain point is, have i heard many time's! But who you can ask, if most reddit users are now builders?

How you got your waiting list full, and beta users? how you acquire them?

So far we choosed one Pain point, and we want to make 15 Videos every day. And lets see what we can achieve

Making slides manually feels especially painful now that you know Cursor for slides should exist but doesn't. Andrej Karpaty said this, what do you think about?

How to get first B2B customer for Beta?

Hey everyone,

We’re building Alexandria — an AI-native workspace for automating real office and engineering workflows.

The long-term idea is simple:

Instead of using AI only as a chat assistant, we want to move toward “vibe engineering” — where you describe what needs to be done, and the system understands the context, uses the right tools, edits the right files, and produces the actual work output.

Right now, our first concrete pain point is email-to-document automation.

Example workflow:

You receive a messy customer/project email with attachments, requirements, PDFs, spreadsheets, or screenshots.

Alexandria should be able to:

  • understand the context
  • extract what matters
  • use your existing templates
  • create or update documents
  • generate outputs like DOCX, XLSX, PDF, offers, summaries, reports, or internal handover docs
  • keep everything inside one unified editor/workspace

So instead of:

email → copy/paste → Word → Excel → PDF → reply

we want:

email → AI workflow → finished document output

We originally started from construction/engineering workflows, where office teams constantly turn emails, PDFs, technical requirements, and calculations into documents. But the same pattern exists in many businesses.

Question for you:

What is the most annoying email-to-document workflow in your company or daily work?

For example:

  • customer request → offer
  • email + PDF → internal report
  • supplier email → comparison table
  • project email → task list + document
  • invoice/request → calculation sheet
  • meeting notes → formal document

Would this be useful, or does it sound like another “AI workspace” that is too broad?

Looking for honest feedback, especially from people dealing with messy emails, PDFs, docs, spreadsheets, or repetitive office workflows.
