Buyer wants a refund for a bogus reason, should i accept it to avoid the hassle?
I recently sold a violin on ebay. I listed it as a 'Stentor Student violin 1/2 size'. The buyer messaged to say that they wanted to initiate a return as the label inside said 'Arens student violin made for Stentor music Ltd.' I don't believe that is different from what i listed in any meaningful way. I don't massively mind accepting the return even though i don't believe their reason. However, paying for the return postage would be galling. Any thoughts about what i should do?
