I am trying to watch a film on the Criterion Channel. WHen the film starts, there is a black box that covers at least half of my TV screen. I tried with some other movies, and same thing. I tried network channels and PBS. No problems there. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I have one ticket to each of the following films at the History, Italian Style series at the Walter Reade Theatre:
Amacord (Fellini) Saturday, June 20 @ 5:45 PM

Love and Anarchy (Wertmuller) Sunday, June 21 @ 12:15 PM

Each ticket is $11.00. I have the physical ticket, so I can meet you at the theatre.

I am trying to set up my new Kobo Clara BW. I picked the wireless network from the list, and I input the password. I even changed the password to make sure I am using the right one. I am not able to connect. What am I doing wrong? I did charge my device.
