ILLIYOON ATO CREAM or BIODERMA ATODERM INTENSIVE BAUME

Ive been in a search for a THICKER moisturizer thats gonna combat my easily dehydrated skin. The only cream Ive had completly stop my oil overproduction was an occlusive one with sillicones but my skin became flaky due to the lack of emolleints inside.
my skin type: normal-dry, acne-prone/clogg prone

Based on ingredients these both look good and I want to ask if anyone has tried any of them and if yes, please also state your experiance and skin type! ty

moisturizer for dry acne prone skin?

My skin is genetically dry but I suffer from acne (hormones). It is so hard to find a moisturizer for dry skin but still doesn’t clogs pores. I like thicker creams since gels and cream-gels arent enough.
Can anyone suggest any?

lucid dream method always fails

I get lucid dreams very often (for example I had 3 for the past 24hours). Everytime when I become lucid in my dream I remind myself to shift. I either affirm and the dream goes away anD I lose lucidity, or make a portal/affirm and it sends me to another dream. Ive never actually had succes with the method. So my question goes out to all those who use this method, how do YOU do it.

do you ever ask your pharmacy for samples?

My skin can get really sensitive and Ive spent my whole life throwing away (or rather gifting) products because they don't work for me (after using them a couple of time). In this process a lot of money has been "thrown away". My friend from America suggested me to ask for samples at the pharmacy before trying it, but I have never heard of anyone doing this. Mostly if you talk to the pharmacist THEY suggest to give it to you, you do not ASK THEM (if you know what I mean). So I was wondering, have any of you went up to the pharmacist and asked for a sample of specific products or is this not acceptable?

In desperate search for a new moisturizer - dry, acne-prone

So I just ran out of my moisturizer (WHICH TAKES 3 WEEKS TO BE SHIPPED) and I desperately need a new alternative one.

I like my moisturizers thick and don't care if they leave a greasy/oily finish or if they "feel heavy". I do get clogged pores really fast though. I dislike fragrance, but its not a deal breaker.

Currently breaking out and need some barrier help perhaps.

atoderm balm or cicabio cream?

So I am currently torn between these two moisturizers - Bioderma Atoderm intensive baume and Bioderma Cicabio creme+ (I would prefer the Pommade, but they don't sell it in my country).

My skin is normal-dry but cloggs really fast, so It is kind of hard finding a moisturizer. I currently ran out of my old moisturizer but I am looking for something more hydrating+moisturizing, that will seal in the hydration and won't make me more oily (in a sense of my skin overproducing oil due to dehydration).

Has anyone got any experiance with these two?

Hey guys I need a bit of help! Currently I have two moisturizers: uriage insulating repair cream and haruharu ceramide cream. The thing is - when I use uriage insualting cream my skin feels amazing, not dry, no tight feeling but I do experiance flaky skin (I don't exfoliate so maybe its because of that?) but when I use haruharu ceramide cream I do feel little more tight but no flaky skin? What should I do? Which one should I actually continue using.

My skin barrier (I would say) is pretty strong - no sensitivity, redness, huge acne breakouts, oil-overproduction…(all the things that I would deal with when it was damaged) but it is pretty dry. It flakes during the day, when I apply my moisturiser clumps of

dead skin cells pile up… I don’t use any exfoliating products (no chemical, enzyme or physical exfoliation).

My routine: *ziaja cleansing foam (*doesnt leave my face feeling dry) for dry and sensitive skin, uriage insulting repair cream.

My skin hates hyaluronic acid btw!

I wanna ask if anyone is dealing with dry acne-prone skin and how they deal with it.

Okay so first a little backround: I started having 4cne in 1st year highschool so I made my whole routine for “acne-prone combo skin” because I thought that because I had acne I must have oily skin. My skin was naturally actually normal-dry. The stripping products made my skin overcompensate with sebum (oil) and I was actually an oily skin type (not a real one - just dehydrated beyond the mind) for 3 years.

I even visited the derm which prescribed me acne treatment and even more stripping cleansers.

On 19.3.2026 I cut out all exfoliation, switched to a gentle cleanser and a thick ass cream (uriage insulating repair cream). My skin is best its ever been: no sensitivity, less acne, less clogged pores, no tight feeling, NO OILINESS!

The only thing that bothers me right now is that it looks kind of dull? When I furrow my brows downward you can see these fine lines (the one in the picture). I also flake more (I didn’t when my skin was overcompensating with sebum).

Now I need yall opinions on what this could be:

a) dehydration/dry skin from my skin returning to its natural normal-dry state and lack of humectants in my routine

b) the dead skin cells on top of my skin from lack of exfoliation

I tried several humectants and I just dislike them - they either break me out, dehydrate me more, make my skin irritated….

Also I am 19 years old so I don’t think those are wrinkles.
