I’ve always taken my Prozac at night but I feel like when I took it, it kept me up at night longer and I wasn’t able to wind down. I also feel a gradual build up of anxiety through the day and at night I’m usually the most anxious. I’m gonna switch tomorrow to take it in the morning, anyone try that and does it help?
