I'm looking for a song that my sister heard from UP Diliman circa 2005. Please help me find it?

The lyrics go like this:

Ako'y naghahanap ng liwanag

And then more verses, and then this line

She taught me this song when I was 10 years old. She was studying in UPD that time and she said she heard a band in school play it, she wrote the lyrics down, and then gave the lyrics to me for me to learn kasi nagsisimula palang ako nun mag-aral ng gitara. Namisplace ko yung papel syempre. Many years later I asked her and she does not even remember it. Yang lines lang na yan naaalala ko talaga, and even now I think they're beautiful.

Best basketball shoes for outdoor courts?

Gusto ko sana maglaro ulit after 10 years. May history of ankle injury kasi. Budget 2-3k+. Positions 4 or 5. Triny ko sa Lazada or Shopee kaso walang size 12. Try ko nalang pumunta sa Tobys or Sports Central and subukan lahat ng recommendations nyo. Ano nang best bang for buck shoes sa panahon natin ngayon? Thanks in advance!

Need feedback on Zone 2 running

My Bip 6 watch placed my zone 2 at 154-167. However, since watches are unreliable daw, I decided to let my breathing set my pace. For 1hr16mins I only breathed through my nose, no gasping, no huffing and puffing. (Wala kasi akong kasamang tumakbo so hindi ko magawa yung conversation test. Ayoko din naman magmukhang adik at 4 am kausap ang sarili hahaha.) I ended the run feeling like kaya ko pang ituloy for 3 hours pero nabore na ako. As per research zone 2 running is beneficial at 45 mins and above na runtime. Here are the results. Avg placed me below my watch zone 2, watch tells me I ran 50% in zone 1 50% zone 2, but I'm pretty sure hihingalin na ako if I sped up. Nag-iipon pa for a proper heart monitor, pero parang di na kasi may watch naman na ako for rough baselines? Tcha think runners? Thanks in advance!

About me: Male, 180 cm, 90kg (overweight). Full mary time 6hrs5mins. 5k best 27mins (flat coastal area).
