if Hyrimoz is ineffective at 8 weeks will it work?

I started Hyrimoz close to 8 weeks ago and haven’t noticed much of a difference yet, the back pain has gotten worse if anything. There have been a few times where I thought that it was maybe feeling a little better but never for very long. I’ve also been on Celebrex simultaneously which also hasn’t seemed to make much of a difference. I started having pain at my achilles tendon/heel maybe 6 weeks ago. Has anyone had a similar experience with Hyrimoz or another biologic but eventually seen some improvement?

I was recently diagnosed with juvenile arthritis due to inflammation in my si joint, hla-b27 positivity, and family history of ankylosing spondylitis. Now I’m on biologics and NSAIDs. I also have hypermobility and POTS. The diagnosis was unexpected and has felt very isolating and I’m wondering if anyone else has been in a similar situation?
