My puppy and extremely high liver enzymes!!!

I need some advice. We got our puppy back in August and everything was fine? Some teething bones, some treats, and a few different foods to see what she likes, kibble and wet food from the store. She’s energetic she’s happy etc.

She’s almost a year now, will be a year in June but this past Friday was a nightmare for me.

We took her to the groomers, ok? Friday morning. All week she was okay? Maybe a little lethargic but she’s been In a heat cycle. 3 weeks this Tuesday. We are planning to get her spade soon, just nervous about it.

So she comes back from the groomers and she peed brown…. And started throwing up 4-5x times than we’ve ever seen. So I ended up taking her to the vets, they did a urine test to see if she had a UTI and sent us home with antibiotics. She then peed blood and I rushed back to the Vets. The urine test made her develop a clot in her bladder, I was furious! But then they did platelets testing and said it was low and I should go to a 24 hour clinic that actually hospitalize the animals. The vet thought she had a blood clotting disorder. She didn’t know what she was talking about…..

So I took puppy Rosie too the other hospital and her platelets improved and they said she’ll recover and it’s just a clot from the test but…….

They checked her liver and it SKY ROCKET. They decided to hospitalize her. I’ll attach the results. They were so high the test couldn’t even give us a number.

On Saturday her bilirubin went back to normal…. And everything is slowly coming back down and they did an ultrasound and said they didn’t see anything and all her organs look good.

She’s on liver protectant medicine for the rest of the week and an antibiotic. She never had that UTI the first vet assumed.

So the question is what happened? Why did this happen? Now I’m paranoid and worried. I can’t think of anything in the house she could have eaten?

Did something happen at the groomers? She did seem a little off before the groomers. I don’t know.
