Yes. I have a good score, 8K salary, from education sector, and have no other loan, yet I am getting rejected left and right. As a note, I only applied for cc that I met their requirement. The only possible reason I can think of is that my current credit cards haven't quite reached the one-year mark yet, it's only a few days away. Not sure does it count though.
