I am travelling through LAX next month and I have 2 and a half hours lay over until my next flight which is to London… will I need to go through customs or just immigration? I have also never travelled internationally before, I’ve heard bad things about LAX.. any advice is truly appreciated 🙏

Friends of mine were in Vic uni house last year…180 students were in the hall last year. Each student paid a bond of $800, and yet these students have NOT got their money back! Apparently they said there were too many broken plates???? Honestly I am shocked students have not been given their money back.
Has anyone got any advice I can pass onto my friends? Vic house has been useless so far and the offical uni accomdation email does not respond to emails.
