Tiguan engine replaced. Should I keep or trade it in?

I purchased a 2022 Tiguan R-Line with 22,000 miles. Within the first year, I started having issues with excessive oil consumption.
Since the vehicle was CPO, everything was covered under VW. I went through the oil consumption test, had the valve seals replaced, and eventually VW decided to replace the entire engine.
My question is: Would you keep the car now that it has a brand-new engine, or would you be concerned that the same oil-consumption issue could eventually happen again once the replacement engine gets some miles on it?
Has anyone here had their Tiguan engine replaced for oil consumption? If so, how has the replacement engine held up over time?
I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who has been through something similar. Thanks!

2022 tiguan r line engine replacement

I have a 2022 Tiguan R line that i’ve had for about a year ago with 22,000 miles. I’ve had nothing but problems since I bought it. Replaced steering wheel, had valve stems replaced and now when my oil light turned on because it was low, I took it back to Volkswagen of downtown chicago and they said the engine needs to be replaced because they found pieces of metal in the oil. I have a certified pre owned warranty that ends exactly in a month and don’t think I want to keep this truck. Should I just take the loss and trade it in? Any feedback appreciated
