I want it so bad

For context, I’m emerald two I’ve been emerald for 100+ games this season and peak emerald last season. Not sure what I’m doing wrong to be honest. I’m finding it harder to improve. I’m open to reviewing my games, but I don’t really know what I’m supposed to look for. I don’t feel like I’m rerolling all too much outside of playing reroll . What are some like very critical mistakes I could look for in my game reviews that would help me play better, TFT. I play a lot of TCG’s as well and in those games, I have like mental checklists that I think about every time I do something or when I review a game so I guess what I’m asking for is some tips or things like that

Any other tips that you might like to add would also be appreciated. I’m tired of being low elo.

Should I leave my current job?

I 22M currently work for a repair station as a shipping clerk while I’m A&p school I currently do not work with the planes at all outside of shipping out parts and delivering parts to the planes. There is pretty good potential of me going to either the line or a hanger once I get my air frame which is a little over a year from now my dilemma is I recently got offered a job and a MRO doing composite work on parts for aircraft engines I’m getting mixed signals from my coworkers about whether I should stay here so I’m with the company longer or if I should go to the MRO to get relative experience. One mechanic here told me that composite work at an MRO is not relative experience to getting on at an airline somewhere, but is it better than being a shipping clerk? I don’t know I just need advice. The main thing I worry about is how hard is it gonna be to find a job after I get my license because where I’m at currently seems like I might be able to get one pretty easily here. Also Big part of my consideration is the MRO job pays five dollars per hour more.
