Leads from Google LSA

How many of you small business plumbers are getting leads from google LSA?

  1. List how many trucks you have
  2. How many LSA leads per week on average

This should be an interesting exercise for all of us.

Marketing Boutique for a new small Plumbing company. Any suggestions?

Any suggestions on a marketing boutique that specializes in trades (Plumbing)? I need help with google LSA, setup a google ads strategy. I have a website built and I need to deep dive with someone on google console and see how things are converting.

I’m looking for someone who isn’t a marketing agency to recommend. Thanks!

Growing A Plumbing Business

Running a small residential flat-rate shop (1 truck, expanding to 2 this fall). Trying to figure out where to put marketing dollars next and would rather hear from people actually doing it than read another agency’s blog post.

For those of you running plumbing companies: what’s your real lead mix right now? Curious about company size too since I’d guess the right channel mix shifts a lot between a 1-truck operation and a 5+ truck one.
Roughly how many trucks/techs you run
What’s actually converting for you vs what you’ve killed
Any channel that surprised you (good or bad)

Appreciate any real numbers you’re willing to share.

Poll options (Reddit native polls cap at 6):

**1.**	Google LSA (Local Services Ads)
**2.**	Google Ads (PPC/search)
**3.**	Thumbtack / Angi / HomeAdvisor
**4.**	Referrals / word of mouth
**5.**	Organic (SEO, Google Business Profile, Nextdoor)
**6.**	Other (I’ll explain in comments)
