I was good friends with this girl in highschool but barely talked to her for the last 3 or so years. Whenever I would drive for 15 hours straight or so I would get mad at myself for never asking her out. Well 2 weeks ago I decided that regret is pointless and I would at least get closure if I shot my shot, last Friday we had a really good date and saw her again on Sunday. It was probably a good thing I waited because she just got back from college and I got good stuff happening at work (probably couldn't have handled a relationship a while ago). Not saying that the odds are high if others try this but it might help get people off your mind at the least. Definitely a better time than being on the apps.
