Song: ICONIC BY MISTAKE - LE SSERAFIM, ILLIT, KATSEYE

I just came up with my first one. It goes as follows:
”Ja jūmen jūm jōr”. It translates to ”I dreamed a dream one day”
Ja - I
Jūm - Dream (As in a dream. Also translates to ”dreaming” as in you’re actively dreaming. Adding the ~en suffix turns it into past tense)
Jōr - Day
So the literal translation would be ”I dreamed dream day” (a/an doesn’t exist in my language)
The circles are the drums, the golden trail is the accordion and the rusty trail is the vocals
The purple circles are the drums, the smaller purple wave is the bass and the big red wave is the lead melody. I have listened to said song multiple times prior but this is the first time I’ve ever gotten this kind of image in my head when listening to it. Might I have Synesthesia? Btw the song I was listening to was “It’s Me” by ILLIT
Translation:
Warning
Beware of dog
Don’t trespass
Isdār: Warning
Rosēva: To beware
Sokin: Dog
~va: For
Net: No (Can also translate to “Don’t”)
Haska: To trespass
The sign in the Hebrew alphabet is just the previous sign but in a different script, as my conlang uses both the Latin and Hebrew alphabets.
I haven't decided on a name yet, but here are some info about my conlang:
- It's very phonetic
- When it comes to deciding which words I'll use, I take some inspiration from the Baltic, Uralic and Slavic languages. But I also get inspiration from elsewhere lol
- The grammar will be based on the Swedish grammar, as that is my native tongue - although I'll make some slight changes ^^
I don’t have it myself so this is something I’ve been wondering over for quite some time.
So I was bored in Japanese class yesterday. So bored in fact that I started creating a new language lol. Although I haven't decided what to call it yet. Btw ignore that half these words are names for different languages, I just like languages 😭
