Sorry for the dumb question but how to i multiset the game?

I decided to play Castlevania and saw it had 2 "extra"(one is extra ig the other is challenge)sets but I don't know how to do it (i thought if i played the normal se the extra one pic2 would show up so...but nothing so no idea)

Pic1 is the normal set, pic 2 is when i tried installing the extra to test if cheevos would appear for both normal and extra (didn't happen?)
