sorry if this is silly or vain or knowitally!!! i dont really feel like explaining what i was wrong about bc the shame and guilt over making a mistake is just absolutely eating me alive but genuinely how do you deal with it. i cant really think of anytime anything similar has happened or at least in recent memory but i wanna know if others relate and how they deal or if im just especially wrong. like for realzies how do you cope with it because i feel sick with shame and ignorance right now. sorry again if this is a silly post or anything
