Comfortable handheld for small hands?

Hi, I think this is the best sub to post this in.

I'm thinking of getting myself a handheld for gaming, I'm currently using my sister's switch and my brother's ps5, but I want something for my own..

The thing is, my hands are a bit smaller than average, and my wrist gets strained easily. From pictures online, I feel like most of the handhelds won't be comfortable for me to use for longer than 30 minutes (・・;)

XBOX Ally isn't an option for me because I don't really like XBOX system lol.

So what are my options?

I like the idea of steam os consols, but the reviews about the SD OLED and Legion GO s are very mixed.

So what do you think? I need small handed girls to give me some advice please.

I need something comfortable, easy to use, and would last me for at least the next 3 years without getting weak.

You can of course give me your options and suggestions even outside the 3 handhelds I've mentioned ☆

How good 'cozy games' actually are?

I've never played a game that can be considered 'cozy' before.

All of my favorite games has the story/combat elements to them, think of stuff like Horizon: zero dawn, Hollow knight, uncharted, you get it..

But ever since I've got into gaming, almost every 'games for girls' are all labeled as cozy and farming sims.. (*´-`)

How good could these games actually be? Because I really feel left out lmao. I'm not saying that I don't see girls play these, my girl friends has similar taste like mine, but I'm saying that maybe I should try something new? But I'm kinda hesitant too because I don't wanna pay for a game that would most likely sit untouched in my library for months..

What do you guys think? Would I enjoy these games orrr?

If I have an iPad Pro and Asus zenbook s14... is getting a handheld still worth it?

I'm so tempted to get a handheld console, but I'm not sure if it's gonna be worth it especially since I've got these 2 devices.

I emulate retro~3ds games on my iPad, and I've heard that my Asus is capable of handling games, still haven't tested it tho.

My siblings also got PS5 and a Nintendo switch oled but I don't get to use them freely.

So, depending on my situation, what do you guys suggest? And what's the better options for me?

I just can't tell anymore. I know I'm anxious all the time, I do feel the physical symptoms of anxiety like all day nausea, waking up in the morning straight to vomit and very bad heart racing (I can *feel* it yet when I checked it up once it was on the normal range so idk?). But, it's almost always college related. Yes, does feel like it affects my whole life, but during summer break it gets a bit more manageable.

Is that a common thing? I'm thinking of seeing a therapist but I'm so scared to be told that it's normal and prove that I'm just dramatic and faking stuff especially since I've never had a panic attack (probably only twice and it was over a year ago.)
