just recently went through a breakup. she moved on already. this isn’t the best but it’s the first time i’ve written in months.

sometimes i wonder if you ever loved me,
squint my eyes and tilt my head,
sifting through our memories looking for a glimpse of love.
as we started to fall apart
you shoved our memories away
far into her red curls,
her soft hands.
letting her love the parts of you i barely let go of yet,
forever in debt of the love we had.

Please help me.

Today has been really hard for me when it comes to my weight loss journey. This morning I weighed in at 277.4, and tonight after a huge binge I was 282.5. The sudden spike on the scale just made me feel disgusting and uncomfortably bloated, and I can’t help but be disappointed in myself. I’ve been trying so hard to get into a better routine, but the cycle of losing and gaining feels endless, and today really hit me emotionally.

I just got a food scale and I’m hoping that tomorrow I can make a fresh start. I’m planning to go to Aldi to grab some things for meal prep, but I could really use advice on how to maintain a calorie deficit and avoid falling back into these binges. What are some staples I should pick up at the grocery store tomorrow to help me stay on track? Any tips for managing cravings and sticking to my plan would mean a lot right now.
