I'm planning on making Deathwatch soon, with a choice of 5 out of 11 operatives. Which models do you think are absolutely needed and which ones should I avoid wasting my time building? I'm sure it's somewhat situational/flavor preference , just wondering what's the "best" team
First of all, I don't plan on using these for big 40k and I don't plan on entering an offical tournament, it's just for fun to have another team to play while painting something blood angels themed. I'm planning on making the deathwatch kill team but as death company, just give death company marines/intercessors the wepons that death watch team uses. I'm still going to do it but I'm just wondering how inaccurate is it that death company marines would even use things like Plasma rifles or maul/shield etc. Just wondering lol
First of all I know that this probly wouldnt be usable in a legit tournament, mostly just for my own casual/local games. But I want another kill team themed to my blood angels and thought of just giving some death company marines the wepons or similar wepons to the death watch kill team. How would you guys recommend I do it without buying the death watch box and simply slapping the wepons on the marines. I think I have everything minus the sheild/mauler and a Plasma rifle.
